You’ve taken the first step to discovering awesome Indian jewelry designers. Every Box will contain 2-3 pieces of designer jewelry pieces worth well over INR 7000 for an awesome price of INR 2450

How do I fill out my beauty/grooming profile for my subscription?

Your profile will become available as soon as you created an account. This profile is a short questionnaire regarding your beauty/grooming preferences that will help us send you the boxes that are the best fit. You can find your profile by clicking on "BEAUTY PROFILE" in the footer. Log in, fill out the questionnaire, and then save your preferences. Please note that some questions allow you to choose multiple answers.

Can I choose or opt out of certain samples each month?

Boxes always contain samples from a mix of different categories (skincare, haircare, fragrance, lifestyle, etc.). There is no option to opt out of a given category. We're a full discovery service; discovery and experimentation is an integral part of the service. When it comes to specific products within these categories, we do our best to match to your inpidual needs such as your style and skin type. To receive samples suited to your preferences, please fill out your beauty profile.

If I move, am I able to update my address for my subscription?

Updating your address is easy! Simplydrop us an e-mail wit hyour order number and new address. Please note that address changes for subscriptions must be received before the 5th of the month.  A fee of Rs 100 will be levied if we receive the address change post the 5th of the month. 

Am I able to put my subscription on hold?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to place subscriptions on hold. 

When can I expect my first shipment?

Beauty BOXES start shipping between the 12-14th of every month. Your first Beauty Box will probably arrive the month after you place your initial subscription order. All Boxes ship from our New Delhi facility and should arrive an estimated 5-10 business days after they ship. An order in a particular month will the same month's Box unless we are sold out, in which case you will get the subsequent month's ENVY BOX. IF you place multiple orders in a month, you will get multiple boxes of the same month.

When will I be billed for the membership?

You will be billed for the entire period of your subscription at the time of placing the order.  You will receive 25% of your order value as store credit immediately for prepaid orders which you can use to purchase products from the online store. 

If I have a MyEnvyBox billing issue, how do I update my billing?

Updating your billing information is easy! Simply log into your account at MyEnvyBox.com. You will see a link on your "My Account" page with the heading "Update Subscription Billing Info." Click on this link, enter your new information, and hit save. Done! If you do not see this option in your account, please write to us at feedback@myenvybox.com.

If I have a gift subscription, what happens when I reach my last month?

If you have a gift subscription, it will be terminated after you receive your last box. After your last box is received, you can re-subscribe and become a regular recurring subscriber. If you already have an account, log in to MyEnvyBox.com and go to the ‘join’ tab to re-subscribe.

Am I able to return or exchange a MyEnvyBox?

MyEnvyBoxes cannot be exchanged and are nonrefundable

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 'no cancellation' policy on the Beauty & Jewelry Box.

Why does my monthly/yearly subscription say "processing"?

At any point in the month, the monthly/yearly recurring subscriptions will say "processing." This is the status of your subscription, not your shipping status. Each month we will send you an email confirmation with your monthly tracking number. 



Where does MyEnvyBox ship? And how?

We currently ship only in India. Boxes are sent via a designated courier service.

When will my MyEnvyBox ship?

Beauty Boxes are like magazines—they arrive once a month! Look to your order confirmation to reference the date your first MyEnvyBox will ship. MyEnvyBox, all subsequent boxes will ship from our facilities between the 12-14th of the month as long as your membership is active. You can expect your shipment to arrive 4-6 business days after it's shipped. 

Will I be able to track my shipment?

With every MyEnvyBox and full-size order that we ship to you, you will receive tracking information via email upon its shipment. You can locate your MyEnvyBox tracking information in your Account Settings by logging into your account. Your box's tracking information will display alongside your MyEnvyBox subscriptions. Full-size orders will be shipped via our courier service depending on your location.

What is your shipping policy? Do you offer free shipping?

We know you love your samples, so we want to make it easy for you to order full-size versions.  Any order Rs. 2,000 and over always ships for free. All other orders that do not qualify for free shipping will ship for a flat fee of Rs.75/-.  there is a COD Surchage of INR 50.

Can I still get free shipping on an item I forgot to include in my order?

Oops! If you forgot to include an item in your order, contact us immediately. As long as the items haven't been shipped, we should be able to include them in the original order.



Will you tell me what is coming in my box ahead of time? Can I choose?

The surprise is part of the fun! That's why we keep the products secret until you receive them. Still curious? Check out the list of our brand partners and products in the MyEnvyBox Shop to get a sense for what we have sent in the past.

What if I receive a broken or missing sample?

If your sample is damaged or missing, please write to us at feedback@MyEnvyBox.com. We will sort it out!  You have a maximum of 24 hrs in which to inform us of the damage along with the pictures.

Is the MyEnvyBox customized? Will I love the products?

Yes we do customize the boxes — Some samples are sent to everyone—these products are chosen carefully to ensure that they'll work for a wide range of styles, skin types, and colorings. Other samples are chosen specifically for your beauty and grooming needs. We are also truly committed to never sending you the same sample twice! Please contact us if this happens.

What if I don't like the samples I receive?

We hope you do! But if you don't, please tell us. Feedback is important to us and we promise to respond. In the meantime, pass the samples on to some lucky friends!

What if I don't know what to do with my samples?

We won't leave you high and dry! MyEnvyBox.com has detailed information on how to get the most out of your samples. In the Shop section of our site, visit the product page for your sample and read the 'How It Works' and 'How to Use' sections. You'll also see links to relevant videos and articles. Visit the Magazine section for even more beauty and grooming inspiration: interviews, editor picks, pro tips, and how-to videos.

This sample rocks! Where do I buy it?

You can buy full-size versions of your sample in the Envy Boutique. You earn 5 points for every 100 rupees spent and 1 point translates to 1 rupee to spend on more full-size products. Products that have been part of the samples in My Envy Box will carry 10-15 points for every 100 rupees spent, all other products will carry 5 points for every 100 rupees spent.

Will MyEnvyBox fit my needs based on the color of my skin etc?

We try our best to only send you products that fit your beauty/grooming needs, skin color, and hair type. Fill out your beauty profile to ensure that we can pick samples that will work for you.

I have allergies to certain products and ingredients. What do I do?

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee that your box won't contain any specific products or ingredients. Because we take allergies seriously and we don't want to over-promise and under-deliver, we cannot accommodate allergies. We understand if that makes it hard for you to begin or continue our service, but we hope you'll stick with it and we encourage you to give the occasional trouble products away to a friend! If you do have known allergies to certain products/ingredients, we highly suggest that you first check the product's ingredients before you test out your sample. A list of ingredients can be found on every product's page in our MyEnvyBox Shop.

How does the MyEnvyBox Points program work?

It's easy! Everytime you shop or subscribe with us, you get money back. With each subscription, you get 25% order value as points to shop with on the online store. Points earned can only be redeemed for product purchases and not for subscription.

How do I earn MyEnvyBox points?

There are many ways to earn MyEnvyBox Points. 
SUBSCRIPTION – You get back 25% of the order value as points (for eg- for every 100 rupees spent on subscription you get 25 rupees credit on the online store) • SHOP: you earn 5 Envy Points for every 100 rupees spent on the online store 

Do MyEnvyBox Points expire?

If your MyEnvyBox Points go unused, they will expire a year from the date that they were earned. For example, if you earned your points on January 1st, 2013, they will expire on December 31st, 2013. Can I transfer MyEnvyBox Points between MyEnvyBox Accounts? So sorry! Each point awarded is account specific and they are nontransferable. Go ahead and use the points to gift something special to dear one.

How do I redeem my MyEnvyBox Points?

Redeeming your MyEnvyBox Points is easy! Simply add items to your shopping cart, and click the 'Check out' button (if you're not already signed in, the next screen will prompt you to sign in to your account). Continue through the checkout process. When you get to the Payment Information section, you'll see a box that that says 'Use my rewards points.' When you click it, your points will be used and the rupee value will be deducted from your order total.  Envy points can only be redeemed for product purchases and not subscriptions.

Can I redeem my Envy Points for monthly and/or yearly subscriptions?

Points and/or store credit cannot be applied to monthly or yearly subscription orders.  Points are valid only on product purchases and are limited to a maximum discount of 50%.



How and where do I fill out reviews for my MyEnvyBox samples?

Reviewing your samples is easy! Just log on to your MyEnvyBox account, and click on Envy Box in the main navigation bar. From there, you should see a list of your MyEnvyBox contents for the month. Click on the corresponding product link for which you wish to review. The link will bring you to a product page where you'll see a 'Review' link.

Is there a tax charge on full-size orders?

Yes, this is will be clearly stated in every invoice.

Do you offer any special discounts or promotions on full-size products? Do full-size products ship for free?

Your MyEnvyBox membership does come with benefits! We have Envy Points, a generous rewards program that gives you many ways to earn points that can be redeemed for full-size product. Every month, shipping is free on all full-size versions of the MyEnvyBox Monthly Picks - all the products sampled in the boxes that month. We also offer Free Shipping on all orders Rs.2000 and over, all the time. Read our Shipping Guidelines for more information. How many promotions can I apply to my MyEnvyBox order?

Only one promotion may be applied per MyEnvyBox order.

What is your shipping policy? Do you ever offer free shipping?

We know your samples were great, so we want to make it easy for you to order full-size versions! Every month, all the MyEnvyBox Monthly Picks (products sampled in that month's batch of MyEnvyBoxes), ship for free (minimum order quantity conditions may apply to some products). You have a full month to get free shipping on full-size versions of these samples. For the women’s subscription, the promotion lasts through the 10th day of the month after you received your box. For the men’s subscription, this will last until the 25th of the month after you receive your box. And, as always, any order Rs.2000 and over ships for free—even if the products are not MyEnvyBox Monthly Picks. All other orders that do not qualify for free shipping will ship for a flat fee of Rs75. Read our Shipping Guidelines for more information.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns as long as the product has not been opened. However, if the product is damaged we will send you a replacement 

What is your full-size order cancellation policy?

If you have any issues with your order, please write to us at feedback@myenvybox.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request and provide you with a shipping return label for a return/exchange if necessary. Please see our return policy in the question above for more information about returns.

Can I gift a MyEnvyBox subscription?

You can gift a women’s MyEnvyBox subscription for 3, 6, or 12 months. MyEnvyBox subscriptions are sold on a first come first served basis. If you have ever been a MyEnvyBox Subscriber, you can log into your account to purchase gift subscriptions right away. If you have any questions regarding your gift, please contact us at feedback@MyEnvyBox.com 

Can I pay with the credit card saved with my Subscription?

Yes, most MyEnvyBox Subscribers can quickly checkout using the credit card details we have stored for your monthly payment. Some types of subscriptions do not have this option activated.

Can I save a different credit card with my account?

Not yet unfortunately. Only the credit card associated with your subscription can be used. If you would like to use a different credit card simply select "Use different credit card" at checkout and enter your card details.

Do I have to use my saved credit card at checkout?

No. Select "Use different credit card" at checkout and use any card you like by entering your card details



What if my promo code doesn't work?

Be sure to check that you’re logged into your MyEnvyBox account before pressing "apply coupon." If the issue persists, contact us and we'll help you with your order.

What if I just missed a promo?

So sorry! If you do not use the promo code while it's active, there's always next time!

Can I apply more than one promotion code for a single order?

So sorry! Only one coupon code can be applied per order.

Gift Subscriptions


Do I have to wait to receive an invitation to purchase a gift subscription?

Gift subscriptions can be purchased immediately through MyEnvyBox.com. No need to join the list!

Am I able to gift a monthly MyEnvyBox subscription?

So sorry, monthly subscriptions cannot be gifted. Please check out our gifting page, we have a variety of gift options.

Where can I send a gift subscription?

Only in India.

How far in advance am I able to order a gift?

Gift subscription orders can be placed up to three months in advance.

Can I extend my recipient's gift subscription?

Gift subscriptions can be extended! This option is available by logging into your MyEnvyBox Account and viewing all purchased gifts. The option to extend the gift should be on the far right of your gift purchase history. Please note that it is important for your gift recipient to claim their initial gift subscription to their account on MyEnvyBox.com before proceeding with the extension. By following this procedure, this will eliminate the receipt of a second 'Welcome Box.'

Am I able to cancel my gift order?

Once the first MyEnvyBox of the gift order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

Can I purchase a gift subscription for myself?

MyEnvyBox gift subscriptions are designed to be sent to a unique recipient. If you have purchased a gift subscription for yourself, you will be unable to redeem this gift subscription into your own account. Please contact customer service or email feedback@MyEnvyBox.com to get further assistance.

Can I send a gift message inside the first gift box?

A gift message can be included through an e-card in placing your order and can only be sent out if the email address of your gift recipient is included. The e-card will also contain gift-redemption instructions.

What happens when my gift subscription ends?

If you have a gift subscription, it will expire after you receive your last box in the mail. After you receive your last box, you can re-subscribe and become a monthly or yearly recurring subscriber. If you redeemed your gift subscription, simply log into your account and click on the 'join' tab to purchase a subscription. 

What if I don't know my recipient's email address for their gift subscription?

Not a problem! If you do not have your recipient’s email address, we do require their shipping address in order to start their gift subscription.

What if I don't know my recipient's shipping address?

If you do not supply your recipient’s shipping address, we will need their email address in order to send them notification of their gift.

Can I receive the first MyEnvyBox and give it to my recipient in person?

Yes! Select the option to “Send the first box to me and send all subsequent boxes to the recipient” when deciding where to send your MyEnvyBox gift and we will send you the first box to deliver at your leisure.

Can I choose when the first MyEnvyBox ships?

Yes! You will be provided with a calendar during the gift order process. All free dates for shipment are whited out. Dates that are grayed out cannot be chosen for shipment.

How long does it take for the first gift box to ship?

The first gift box will ship on the date of your choice. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Will I be notified when the first MyEnvyBox ships? Yes! You will receive shipping notification via email when the first MyEnvyBox ships!

How will the gift recipient know to redeem their gift code?

The recipient will receive instructions on how to redeem their gift code with their e-card if you have included their email in the gift order process. If their email has been omitted, you will receive email instructions on redeeming the gift code, which you can forward on to the recipient at your own discretion.

Can I redeem a gift subscription for cash or for another product in the shop?

Gift subscriptions cannot be redeemed for cash or other products in our shop. If you already have an existing MyEnvyBox subscription and have been gifted a subscription, please email us.

I've lost my redemption link. What should I do to activate my account?

Not a problem! Send us an e-mail and we will sort it out.

What if the gift recipient does not complete the redemption process?

Not to worry! Your recipient’s boxes will continue coming; however, if they would like to receive boxes according to a profile for customization they must complete the redemption process.

Will I be able to leave reviews on my first MyEnvyBox?

Yes, you can review your first month's samples. However, because so often MyEnvyBox gifts are meant to arrive as a surprise, we keep the Welcome Box hidden from your preview to avoid ruining anything! Once you have redeemed your gift subscription, please expect your first preview to become available in 10 business days. Once it is available, you will be able to leave reviews and earn MyEnvyBox Points!

Can gift recipients fill out their own profile?

Yes! Gift recipients will have the opportunity to fill out their profile after they receive their first MyEnvyBox and complete the gift redemption process.

Can a gift recipient change their shipping address after their boxes start shipping?

As long as the gift recipient redeems their gift code under a MyEnvyBox account, they will be able to change their shipping information at any time. If a recipient does not redeem their gift code, they should be in contact with customer service to change their shipping address.
